I come to this work with the deep conviction that you are your own healer, and that it is a holy journey I am honored to help support and facilitate. If you’re interested in acquiring tools for grounded contemplative wisdom, and alchemical somatic philosophy to help aid you in your embodiment process, you’ve come to the right place. My approach weaves modern trauma science and ancient spiritual wisdom. Neuroscience is increasingly affirming what contemplative wisdom has long been accessing: breath, connection, presence, and the unconscious as gateways to healing.

For too long our society has been divorced our body and our soul, and hold the mind and intellect in the highest regard. While we can be immensely grateful for the knowledge we’ve gained in Psychology, it has lacked the power to help people access deep wisdom from their own body and soul. My work seeks to restore you to your birthright:

Talk therapy can be helpful, but it has a ceiling. It leaves a lot out. Working with Tiffany gets underneath that. She helps you drop into what your body is actually holding. It’s deeper work. Slower, more honest. And it actually moves something.

After years of talk therapy, taking the plunge and trying somatic therapy with Tiffany has helped me get in touch with my body and learn how to process emotions in a deeper way instead of just intellectualizing them. Working with Tiffany has been exactly what I needed. I've done most types of therapy at this point: CBT, ACT, EMDR, etc. Then I learned about somatic therapy and found Tiffany.
